Rental conditions & details

Conditions & rental details

  • Rental conditions

    • Deposit per week: € 300,- upon booking
    • Rental payment: 3 months before arrival
    • Arrival only on a Saturday, 15:00 onwards
    • Departure: Saturday by 10.00 am at the latest
    • In case the apartment is left behind in a dirty state, extra cleaning costs may apply.

  • Cancellation terms

    There is a booking fee/deposit of € 300,- per booked week for the holidaymaker.

    Bookings cancelled in writing between 2 and 3 months in advance will be refunded 50% of the price.

    Bookings cancelled in writing between 1 and 2 months in advance will be refunded 25% of the price.

    Bookings cancelled in writing between 2 weeks and 1 month in advance will be refunded 0% of the price.

    Holidaymakers are always free to re-book one or more weeks in the future (within 1 or 2 years). In this way, the deposit can be used again as a down payment (only in the event of cancellation at least 3 months in advance). If no new week is booked within 2 years, the deposit will not be returned.

    We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at any time for any reason, without providing any explanation.

  • Extras

    • WE LOVE DOGS. Up to 3 dogs allowed and your four-legged friends are FREE
    • Parking: Free
    • Prices include bed linen, bath and hand towels, kitchen towels, heating, Wifi, water, parking, cleaning
    • Tourist tax per adult (>15): per day € 2,55 & € 3,15 (from 01.05.2027)
